I created a script that combines skinned mesh parts into one mesh and dynamically removes parts, replacing them with unskinned versions using their bounds' center for accurate positioning.

Ugh, still not 100% what i want. We got the RTS AI turning off when you possess a unit for 3rd/1st/top down views, turns back on when entering RTS mode. A* grid is now shown, turned off LOS path smoothing because LV-426 (AKA: reasons unknown). may put in collision avoidance now.

The wagon now identifies what hexes its over which then effects its movement speed. Needs refinement but at least it sends that data.

You can now backflip off walls and then grab a 2nd ledge to backflip off of. Basic punching and kick is not shown because my animations sucks, but they are there.

Vaulting low cover is now doable, climbing up has been "fixed", there is still a bug that pushes my model up by n amount, but the collider is true so i dunno what is going on with that. good enough for now!
