It looks like the Exceptionally Original Filmmaking theme has re-topped the theme poll again. It has for a while actually. I'm pretty happy with the Hard Sci-fi series we're on, but we can always switch back to it just like we are switching back to EOFM (Exceptionally Original FilmMaking).

But I do think we depleated a lot of the top films with our last run of it. I plan to recycle the polls when we swich back to a theme. So it may be a good idea to nominate some fresh films and re-stock this poll.

I'd suggest upvoting Hard Scifi if you want us to go back to it. I do. I think we have quite a lot of good films in its poll.

So have you thought of any new Exceptionally Original Filmmaking films since we started the theme last time?

Some optional muzes on ways filmmaking can be exceptionally original that might help:

• Technical: Introduced new techniques and technology
• Constraint driven
• Unique narrative
• Cultural: Established a new genre
• Media: Introduced a new medium
• Perspective: Told the story from a unique perspective
• Genre blending or bending
• Topic: Tacked a topic no one had covered before
• Composition: Used exceptional and original camera work

Those are just ideas. If a film that does any of these or even something else in a unique way then we want to hear about it.
