It looks like that last bout of features was popular because all of them got voted to be re-included.
There was a bug with the resort after vote feature that @Neol caught. That is now working correctly.
I didn't make them all permanent. Some of them seem to be perhaps temporary fixes to help us promote the parts of the site that are still slow. So I 5x'd their time. I'll keep developing features. Each new feature will live for a week and a half. Then we will vote on any that expire. And the features turned back on will get a lease of 5x what they did before. So everything I turned back on is running for 7.5 weeks, and we can always vote them back on.
That way, when a feature has outlived its utility, it goes away. But with an aggressive exponentially expanding license, ideas that should be permanent will become practically permanent pretty quickly.
The features that just turned back on are:
This is the poll that drove these decisions.
Let me know if you spot bugs with these feautres turned on.
"Your comments" page is empty for me (https://goatmatrix.net/usercomments)
That's weird. Is this true for anyone else?
For you, the page should be equal to looking at this one https://goatmatrix.net/usercomments/Neol
Whatever that one shows for you should help me narrow it down.
This one is empty too (I mean menu + sidebar, but no comments).
UPD I'm dumb, comments are there, but lower on the page than sidebar and pyramid, so out of view at first.
I fixed it. Urls now line break really easily.
Still looks the same for me (after browser restart which clears cache/cookies).
It is possible that something else is causing it. How does my page look. That might tell me something.

Yours had a lot of long URLs. I made is so they could line break instead of forcing the comments down where they had more width. But maybe there is additional mechanism causing it entirely.
Another test that could help me is if you un-maximize the window and slowly narrow the window's width. What does it do at different widths? Does the problem go away at any point? (testing width dependence for the bug).
I forgot to say, I'm on Win7, so Tor version is frozen on Firefox v115esr, which is pretty old.
Looks the same: menu then sidebar then after pyramid comments.
At some point (~ 2/3, 1440x900 here) it turns to menu then comments then enlarged sidebar & enlarged pyramid :) (I mean sidebar is lower than comments at the same level, not on the side)
Btw! I just accidentally looked at atown's comments, as the bot is in sidebar top, and it looks normal: https://goatmatrix.net/usercomments/atown (no links here).
Ah. I see. There is a particular page width that causes it. That's not dumb on your part. That's on me.
Other update. The sidebar on the front now highlights VIPs. I need to style it better though. I can put itigher in the sidebar once I figure out what style works better.
