Ryan Dawson is a good researcher with issues and an ego. I disagree with him on the 9-11 Pentagon attack (until evidence convinces me otherwise) but he has the most level-headed analysis and explanations for the Charlie Kirk assassination. I'll post stuff on both shortly or in the morning.
I have a theory that his wife will be able to bring suits. People yelling fascist and Hitler may find out you can't just yell whatever you want with no basis in reality when people get killed as a result of the lies spread about them.
I hope some clearly defined standards for slander can be planted on the slippery slope of free speech - but I suspect the powers-that-should-not-be would NOT want that when they're trying to foment civil war and managed decline.
CNN felt that Nick Sandman had a strong enough suit for them to give him an estimated million dollars. They called him a racist who smirked. He didn't even get shot. And it was a one off thing they did.
Every element of Kirk's situation is that, taken to the absolute extreme.
