Maybe? I do think some geniuses should be above some law, or should only be judged by other geniuses. There are too many victimless crimes to commit and it is wrong that a society of oafs can hallucinate what justice even means and harm someone far more able to process ethics.

Here's my idea. Still separate them from society. Separate people like for like. We can put "lawless" geniuses in the same society and if they make a hell they get to live in hell. If they make a utopia they get to live in a utopia. If what you are saying is right, that they aren't really a burden on society then they should do well on their own. And a society that would judge a genius wrong will rightly not get the benefits of having them.
