I managed to do it. I used to have very bad knees (almost couldn't walk for a bit) and they've never gained full strength so my knees are over equiv 30 years old for sure.

I tried it this morning then did a few more. I felt weirdly good afterward; hard to explain, but it made my back feel good somehow. I'm going to try to keep this in the rotation.
