What's the best FLOSS alternative to DreamWeaver?

Anyone interested in a small job?

I need a basic stylish website for Janglers.ca (currently redirected to Projex.Wiki). It can't be threatening with "freedom", as is all over Projex.

The Janglers Animation & Filmmaking site needs to be simple, slick, and easy enough I can eventually update and add pages - and maybe a gallery in time . To start, I'll need 1) the introductory splash page with the demo-reel video embedded, 2) a page for short biographies, 3) a project pitch page, to be designed like an 1800's newspaper.

For this I'll get a new VPS with BuyVM, NiceVPS, or Privex as they got the best freedom grades here. I wouldn't mind also setting up a Lemmy instance later.
