I wonder if that is an old video or a new video made to look old. Thinking it is new but they just shot it in 4:3 and added stuff like the blurry VHS tracking lines at the bottom to make it look like it was copied from a VHS tape. Pretty cool

Yep. It's from Sky Corp Home Video. He made a video on his process. He used to use software but was never happy with it. He now processes the video through actual VHS. He mostly likes to parody 90s media.

I used to edit videos using two VCRs, what a pain in the ass that was compared to digital.
