Yes, it was slightly better before - but still too far. I bet a few more spaces and maybe a dash or pipe between "comments" and "by" would help a lot.
IMO, OP usernames should be on the top line at right, near right or far right, after theme, date, and score. I might change "by" to "posted by".
The only change to any of this would be if you ever started having one post with multiple subs/metatags - increasing the chance that line may get crowded.
