How would AI use an OS? Not everyone who uses an OS has an age. Will I need to register an age with my fidge or washing machine? What about the HERD that runs the Intel IME below your consumer OS. How is the user going to interact with that to get the age in there? Or does it need to have the age of some Intel staff member in there?
Maybe congress, with an average age over 55 shouldn't get to regulate technology.
