But if we could track adults everywhere from the web to the OS we could make sure none of the traffic was from children or clankers. They know what solution they want. The keep creating problems to get there.

The best protection children can get is from parental supervision. Always was. Always will be.
I agree, we used parental supervision on our son when he was young. He had full access to the Internet but we watched him.
