That or you can use a cryptographic password generator (not a password manager) that you can use to generate a hard password for every site.

The advantage of not using a password manager is you don't have to sync across devices. You just have to sync the salt used. Then you just have to remember your soft password for different sites. The soft password would reference the site used and so no two sites would ever have the same password.

The danger is they would try these leaked passwords on other more important websites you are registered at, so the proper way is to think whether you reused the leaked passwords on other websites and to change if so.
