Hello allgirl. Some folks tell me you are a bot. I do appreciate some of the posts you made especially to /s/Ancaps. One of the things people warned me was that you make comments that don't really relate to the post at hand.
Like I said, I do appreciate your posts. And I understand that you might be a bot. If you could pivot on your commenting strategy that would be much appreciated. Otherwise I'll have to turn off your comment making ability. I don't feel too bad about that considering the high chance that you are a bot and because if you aren't you can reply to me.
If you could give some kind of a response that would also be appreciated.
The Anti-American bot will just keep coming back under different names.
It doesn't take long to discover, but it is annoying to keep rediscovering it.
I recommend leaving it but making a bot badge for it, and auto-collapsed if possible.
Perhaps hazard stripes with "BOT" overlaid in red?
It seems it has maybe stopped. Only one comment made since I made this one. I don't just block or ban people. I do talk to them first. Especially if it doesn't break an explicit rule. Even if they are a bot I guess I'll make an attempt. It may be that if I only block the commenting they don't make a new account. I don't mind the posts anyway.
I was just about to block their comments but I'll hold off because they did seem to stop. If they start up again I'm ready to do it.
I wouldn't ban them either.

If you did ban it, it will return renamed.
If you block it, will it go on or will it discover that to return renamed?
Regardless, I would label all known bots clearly. And socks, aka CrispyCritter. Maybe give it an open vote on who earns a Scarlet Letter.
