No. OpenAI just proved that if you hand them your code they will front run your go to market and brag about it. If you let their agent look at your codebase it isn't your code anymore.
If I was out buying companies and I found out they had used an agentic harness that connected to one of these services, I wouldn't buy it. Why would someone buy a company that has a known competitor that has all of their code?
You cannot copyright AI material, even when it steals from people.
