I want to do beetroot. The powdered supplements are kind of expensive. I enjoy real beats but I don't like preparing them every day. If anything I like beats too much. If I buy canned beats I actually over eat them. I fucking love beats. If I get into beat eating mode I can't buy enough to sustain a habit. Then I don't buy them because I just got done with a beat marathon. The more I buy in bulk to make them last long enough to be a "sustained and developed" habit the bigger the gorge gets. Knowing that I only buy one or two cans at a time (and not often). Then there is no way that's going to be a daily habit.
I need some moderation therapy or something. But I can only maintain a daily health habit if it's something I kind of sort of like or can tolerate. I do cod liver oil every day. See, if I like it less I can make it a habit.
