It turns out we're all regularly subjected to similar attacks.
In 2022 I recall having a thought inserted into my mind which was inconceivable, "I should go get the vaccine."
This was a jarring sensation, and I knew I was not the source of this thought-voice.
It wasn't that it was particularly distinguishable from the voice of some of my thoughts, but it was suggesting I do something I knew to be harmful.
It's like that voice you hear when you're near a ledge, and something tells you to "jump".
This podcast is about the source of those voices.
