There will inevitably be gaps in my participation on SubMatrix.net, SaidIt2.com, etc. but I'm not departing without announcements (like on SaidIt) or accidents.
Many years ago great author Neal Stephenson talked about how he could be writing his next great novel, or he could be discoursing with email and social media folks. He felt it was more important to focus on his works. I'm glad he does, and lament I haven't read everything he's done since whatever the last I read (bought some but haven't read yet).
Times are a bit different though now with social media integrated in all things. Complicating all things. Plus we MUST also develop our alternative/decentralized/distributed/independent communications, networks, resources, and support systems. Even if I wished to be like Neal, I must not - or even managed a modicum of success like Neal, I could not - because in the process of achieving any modern success I'd have to build up the support systems of earned trust and Trusted-Teams (unless I was a complete corporate sell out using only their resources, thus being forced to say only safe things). And of course, with indie "success" would come the provable results - do I get a few Ferraris or reinvest back into the alternatives and resistance to tyranny?
As for months, I have so much other great content to share too, assuming you care about what I care about - but I'm limited by the SubMatrix throttle even when I have the time to post, and am often too busy lately to even organize my YouTube playlist - the feed I listen to all the time. (I know I should alt off YT.)

3 weeks ago today I got poison ivy, then held a meeting.
With the tremendous help of x0x7 we finally fixed my SLL on Projex.Wiki, can't thank enough!!! (and likely before, I broke my email? which I need to proper set up on Tuta with BetterBird)
Despite torturous sleepless itchy nights I powered through for the Sat Aug 1 Reclaim Our Future rally - 95+% all on me. Okay turn out for the hot summer on a holiday, would have liked more. Got much of it recorded. One day will edit to share. Also importantly, we have flyers, pamphlets, press releases, and other skills and things getting figured out - and some new networks of people.
Finally got the correct meds and caught up with sleep by last Wed
Finally starting to plan a documentary about the untold story of the Feb 2022 Windsor Ambassador Bridge "Blockade" that kicked in the Canadian Emergencies Act bullshittery. MUCH work to be done here.
Also been working - from landscaping to painting to moving to repairs to demolishing to building - paid or not - and sorting/gathering another estate's worth of junk/stuff/gems, including more Christmas stuff. Organized clutter with purpose takes time, unlike chaotic hoarding. I really need a proper large warehouse and a van (instead of 5 separate spaces with no car) to live-work like I did in Oakland.
And been trying to do a final push into finishing/organizing/cleaning the studio (6 moving walls to finish then decorate) to actually start shooting content. More failures faster = learning success faster.
Today, a day off oddly. Cut grass, go to studio. Tonight Wednesday Night Meeting - focus on local municipal elections in October coming fast (needing research & analysis, newsletters & media).
