Already happened IMO. Since they've raised the AOC above the natural primary age of attraction (when you are powerful your sense of attraction isn't contorted by things like rules). They used to take advantage of congressmen's closeted homosexuality for blackmail. That would get them like 20 or so Congressmen. A real threat in the cold war era. Now they can get more than half of Congress blackmailed. But they can no longer use homosexuality since society supports that now. It's an interesting swap in morality humanity did. But the new morality does a much better job at blackmailing a larger percentage of people.

Increasing the age of consent because they're blackmailed into doing so, so that the blackmailers can blackmail people more easily in the future.
