Interesting to me that they always seem to miss some of the common sites. I see for example that iptorrents and their sports stream link is still up (I've not used that stream, however. Ten years ago IP addresses from their swarms were still being logged, and I suspect that's happening today. The owner kindly said to someone who complained long ago about the logs that: "No need to explain at all, we all know who you are, you are a loser and a lamer with no life and a stupid also." LOL Anyone who wants an invite, lemme know).
Makes sense, given IPT's long history. Intelligence agencies have had the capacity to log IP traffic and packet information. Also, the UK blocked IPT years ago, but the US has not blocked IPT.

Could it be that site is a Honeypot?

I imagine some "dark-tech" (for lack of knowing the correct term) pay the right people to survive, are sheep-herders, or are traps.
Similarly most of the VPNs out there are owned by a few companies and aren't honest about their "freedom".
