Israel does next to nothing for Ukraine, other than sell arms to NATO (arms given by the US). Israel has a duty to extradite that rat-faced Minidick fraudster to Ukraine, and the US should be demanding extradition (rather than giving Ukraine to Russia. Jesus Christ....). That $100 million probably originated in the US.

From what I read $100m were from energy contracts' kickbacks, so hard to say whether from foreign help or not.
