Same idea, weather Texas liked it or not it was a federal order. If you pick and choose your laws and orders you follow then you don't have a country anymore.
It depends on how unpopular the federal laws are, and how much damage they're doing. Nations of laws have no problem breaking their own laws, in desperate circumstances.
