I almost said as much. Silver crotch. Would have been better without - or had those hands active off-screen with supersoakers. At the very least, have colour you could see, swap them out for variety - and/or more hands. More could have hit the backdrop for better results.
Also at the end the director(?) walks in right away (thus getting in the video). IMO, they should have had an ending planned - could have been a gesture, dialogue, camera move/zoom/pan, viz effects, or off camera paint shot at the camera (with a window between).
