Basically the less the queue is dominated by two users the faster I can run it. If I set the post rate really high then I'd just end up with a forum slide consisting of just me and JC. I have a solution in the works that should guarentee more user diversity in what post whenever posts and when, but even that would require more users in the pool with a good handful of posts.
