It will be my first time seeing it but I hear it's excellent.
Probably meeting in the same usual place unless I bite the bullet and make the it play here. That's been a goal for some time.

Add the fact that when I have time to make it I also have time to announce the movie early and send out links. Which means I end up linking to the cytube and it's too late to change up. So this time I'm saying it just might be here.
But if we do it in the same usual place that would be here https://cytu.be/r/matrixhub at 8pm Eastern Friday night.
Um, vote on the next movie after this one https://goatmatrix.net/c/MatrixEvents/AGjU39ioUh
Not even sure I ever saw the first two Evil Dead movies.
Sam Raimi uses all the tricks of filmmaking in the first 13 minutes. Fantastic. After that it is still good. Bruce is great. That era Embeth is my dream girl.
There was some crazy high quality claymation used. Rivaled modern CGI for realism. I've actually never seen them attempt face distortion of a live actor using CGI. I wonder how it would stack up. Apparently not great or the effort and cost would be too high to make it good or they would do that.
With enough reference dots I'd think it wouldn't be impossible. With modern 3d capture you might not even need the reference dots and have near pixel density virtually generated reference dots to play with. A high detail point cloud should be manipulable.
