We're meeting at the usual place: https://cytu.be/r/matrixhub, 8pm East (Friday)

Obligatory other links,

Movie poll: https://goatmatrix.net/c/MatrixEvents/AGjU39ioUh
Time poll: https://goatmatrix.net/c/MatrixEvents/F16Cuemhe9

I'm thinking about stripping out those IMDB links. It's just too time consuming, technical, and high friction to add more movies to the list quickly and easily when I have to prep a list, associate meta-data with it in a consistent data structure, generate the html involved, and then insert that html into the database keeping it all consistent. I hate to bitch about it but I always have someone up my ass, why not add more movies, why not add this to the existing entries.

I know this isn't a fun thing to say or a fun thing to read for the average person who hasn't bitched and just wants to watch a movie and not listen to "how hard it is" to make a poll. It's not that hard. But I do need some people to understand that "better" and thus complexity reduces the capacity to do other kinds of better like inserting people's suggestions in a low enough friction way that it actually happens. And I value people's suggestions getting in.

Actually lets do a poll for how the movie poll should work. Point is some of these are mutually exclusive.
