I went to the Ear/Bar many times in Manhattan, one of the oldest buildings in NYC, near my old work, Pitch Inc. Animation Studio. The artwork all over features ears. There's even a huge giant ear sculpture on the wall. Assuming it hasn't changed much in over 20 years.
I think Trump should buy it.

Famous for the "broken" Bar sign that says "Ear". The Inn was a clever way to avoid legally being recognized as a bar.
