The number one thing we need is clairity in what it means for someone to have jourisdiction over you when you are a developer. Here is my claim. When you live in one place, the laws of other places are irrelevent to you. Period. If someone else aquires software that is contraban in their location, that person is in the only person within the jurisdiction to be enforced against.
