Would be cool if we can add lines in comments / posts with !remindme x days and a bot will reply with an @user in that many days. For example:
!remindme 10 days.
This could be extended to other users with:
!remind x0x7 10 days.
Although that's a really marginal use case, might as well just put the @ there to notify them immediately and leave it up to them to do a !remindme command.
That's funny because I was just thinking about the arbitrariness of what ! is for vs @bot once that is stable. What had me thinking about it was image generation. In theory if I wanted to include AI image generation on command I could use either. So which one is more correct.
But if there is a difference, and there is, the difference is that !thing is really meant to be custom extensions to the markup language, and @bot is for wanting the system to do something in the background.
I can't really do anything with this right now because it's tax season and let me tell you, tax season for me is insane. INSANE! I basically drop all external demands I an just to crunch numbers for a week. Bot based crypto trading will do that.

It's not hard if you guys are up for it. You can just upload a movie to fileditch. If you look at any of the urls of the most recent movies we've watched you can see how to convert a fileditch url into something that will load in that channel. https://c4.gvid.tv/sneed/{file ditch url with part of it replaced by the title you want}
And then you would also have to do invites. Mostly Saidit. More sites is good too if you care to do them. I recommend hitting the posts with an early invite, and then chat with both an early invite and an absolutely last minute invite. That's saidit. If any other site I recommend doing everything very last minute because all other sites have an exponential decay of attention. Probably hit matrix very early though so regulars know it's on.
That's if you want to do it. If you don't that's ok with me. But if you do someone's going to have to step up and make it happen.
But because I can't do anything with this this week !remind @LarrySwinger in one month to remind me of this feature idea.

All the code tricks and such should be documented on Projex.Wiki. It's easier to have a reference page (or few - a separate page for markdown, CSS, chat, img, vid, etc. Plus external sites, apps, uploading, etc. - also organized wish lists for code, features, etc. - also calendars).
@JasonCarswell are you up for it? It's difficult for me because time zones although this would be an opportunity to give Saturday morning US time a try hmmm I'll think on it.
