They've realized looking back that there never was a scandle that's hurt them. And now that there aren't so many with them in the spotlight they want to fan the flames of a few.

Why would anyone not want a public hearing, unless they wanted to protect the rich and powerful? Should we protect the pedophiles? Here's a list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prominent_individuals_mentioned_in_the_Epstein_files The public deserve to know what happened and how Epstein was merely a spy or errand boy for Israel and perhaps the US, while in contact with some of the powerful people controling geopolitics. That latter bit made him powerful, because others wanted to make those connections and to know how they could use secrets to manipulate others. Trump's role has been similar to Epstein's, as he's been a facilitator for a lot of corruption, but not the original architect of those corrupt schemes. Why should billionaires hoard money and be above the law? Anyone who challenges that is a hero. A public hearing is essential in a democracy. Nobody really wants an oligarchy. Just my personal rant about the matter, albeit perhaps obvious what's happening.

They paid off the women that accused Bill of rape and sexuall assault and sexual harassment. A lot of witnesses ended up commiting suicide like Epstein. Which may not be suicide. Its like only Republicans get caught for this type of stuff and when a Democrat does it, it is ignored.
