Anyone who thinks this is good because it's targeting the big guys, the big guys will get sick of being singled out. They will argue and lobby for any law being applied to them being applied to everyone and succeed at that lobbying effort. After all, the law is "good" for public safety yeah? So why not impose it on more companies?
