It's honestly degrading. I prefer using my imagination instead.

I quit. My thoughts still get assailed, at first very frequently, nowadays rarely, by images and ideas of porneia (the use of sex for pleasure).

But I have essentially won that fight. I get the upper hand each time. Maybe someday when I'm particularly exhausted and in a state of half-sleep, I might get fooled into touching myself, but I don't think so.
