I can think of positives and negatives. One positive is maybe less national interest in war? The UK isn't as bad as the US but every country could use a stronger anti-war effort.

IDK, maybe it will do the opposite because teenagers don't really understand war. But the hope is anything that offsets boomers will reduce war interest.

What does Labour want out of it? What positions do they think they'll get more support for?

What they should do is poll teenagers on one question. Would you rather vote or rather not pay taxes? They should make teenager's income untaxable.
