You will undergo the same fate as Musky: you will have pain in your toe. Then it won't go away, so you'll get it examined, and the X-Ray will show it's fractured. Then more tests will follow to find out how come stubbing your toe broke it, and you'll find out you have stage 4 cancer all throughout your body.
You will never fully recover. The butterfly effect of this injury will ultimately play a role in the conclusion of your mortality. Brian Johnson would be very upset with you right now.

There are so many options, depending on your world view.
If your believe the bed caused you pain, get rid of it, and sleep soundly on the ground, knowing the cause of your torment has been destroyed.
If the toe caused you pain, cut it off, it is not worth having if you live in fear of injuring it upon waking in the morning after a restful night.
Or you could do the reasonable thing, and just wear shoes while you sleep.
I will follow Jesus's advice. "If thine toes offend thee, cut them off!"
Maybe it's a good argument for a hammock.
