In software a program that has been around forever without a lot of new features added is going to be very debugged software, assuming the devs stick around and continue improving it. On the opposite end of the spectrum is brand new software that is constantly adding features it is more likely to have bugs.
Taking this to the animal kingdom some animals have been around forever. Crocodiles have been around for the last 250 million years. They are going to be very debugged. So opposite of that. What is the most bugged/glitched animal?
Humans - bugged by predatory psychopaths calling themselves "elites & rulers".
Real answer: Any life that is not adaptable, resides in a small habitat beyond which it can't survive, and has a small population on the verge of extinction.
