Why not have 5 or 10 or 50 Supreme Courts actively dealing with the myriad of problems?
They rigged it this way.
Supreme Courts have always been political. Remember when Unions wanted to form and the Supreme Court knocked it down. Later on in history the Supreme Court got bribes to approve Unions. It is all about greed and power.
