The problem is the dotcom crash didn't remove Google's market domenence or large-scale surveillance technology. Sure AI will crash. But the next corporate masters of the world will come out of it. There is still a jeany that can't be put back in the bottle.
The crash just means we'll experience some mass layoffs and a lot of people under water on a mortgage. It's not going to reverse any of the technology.
So the only way to end the perfected spy machine that AI is is to end the government before the date they are bailed out? No government, no bailout. How else would you solve it?

The federal government saved Google because of its user-spying technology; guess what the AI Data Centers do? They collect the spy data.
