TLDR, you may skip "to the point", at the bottom, below.
It's been a long long time since I've updated the Projex.Wiki sections on LeverMind and Santa Libertas, and I had much still to add then, and even more now. A year ago I started cleaning out a mess that would become the studio. Now I've fill that studio with endless misc stuff from several estates that has great potential for rich set dressing, props, and so on. (My forte. I've art directed live-action movies, ads, music videos, etc.) My biggest enemy now (after the establishment) is time.
This series is not meant to be some ephemeral podcast, big today forgotten tomorrow. These shows are meant to be ever-green that folks may present at any time in any year. Think Mr. Rogers + James Corbett + Monty Python - to wake folks up to the illusions of authority for control to find authentic autonomy for prosperity.
I now have a ridiculous collection of stuff. I have a multitude of saws of all sorts. Why? "I saw what you did there." I have 4 toy train track sets. "Are you on the right track and the wrong track?" Don't even get me started on the "lists". (Other diverse abundant props: books (lots of books, including multiples of 1984 and Future Shock), candy canes (+ candy cane background), chairs, cobbler (shoe) tools, curtains (pull back many layers), drawers, dynamite, file cabinets, files, fire hoses, hardware (hooks, nails, screws, etc.), mirrors (many mirrors may be layered), presents (+ background of stacked presents), pulleys, rulers (measures + ruling class), screws-nails-hardware, steering wheel, suitcases-trunks, tech classics (antique + retro typewriters, C64, vintage radios, etc.), the "correct" tools (odd antique tools), toys (retro), untangling Christmas lights, valves, etc. etc. etc.) The props may or may not be mentioned but should be visually interesting though not to distracting. Not everything will be punny, but everything should be fascinating, visually rich, layered, food for thought, and challenging the status quo. (I haven't even begun to describe the furniture and background sets.)
Also, Santa can draw/paint anything. With time-lapse and breaks to talk to the camera, this filmic device may be useful at least once.
So far I'm starting with these episodes and themes, alternating between edited and Santa content (though now, thinking maybe more Santa stuff due to copyright bullshit):
From (needs updating with further development): https://projex.wiki/wiki/Santa_Libertas/Scripts
Recently it occurred to me that rather than shooting each show separately, it would be more efficient to shoot several/all shows at once, using the same set ups with the same props across multiple shows. The same setting with a variety of scripting can be cut into different episodes without repeating the ideas, with or without the same props.
Snow will arrive in Windsor in a month, give or take. Sometimes there's only a few good days to shoot. So I need to get prepared. Santa in the studio may be recorded any day of the year.
I'm seeking more good ideas and feedback.
